Chimney Inspections & Sweeping
Our CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep technicians use state-of-the-art equipment to inspect and sweep 1st- and 2nd-story chimneys of all kinds, including oil- and wood-burning chimneys. We conduct a 21-point safety inspection to ensure that a fireplace is in excellent working order.  We look for any problems that could prevent peak performance and recommend what is needed for your system to burn cleanly and safely. When necessary, we use video inspection camera equipment to examine hidden parts of the flue.

Chimney Repair and Restoration
Our masons are skilled in complete chimney repair and rebuilding.  Repairs can include the removal and replacement of spalling brick, tuck pointing with matching mortar, and completely rebuilding a home’s chimney to get it back to a safe and attractive structure.  We use such materials as brick and mortar, stucco and now our new client favorite, cultured stone!  

We offer the full range of repairs to chimney systems, big and small—from repairing leaky flashing to tuck pointing and masonry repair to relining the flue and chimney rebuilding.

Dryer Vent Inspections & Cleaning
Did you know that lint from your dryer is extremely flammable and spreads fire very quickly?  With this being stated, it is important that your dryer lint screen be cleaned with every load of laundry.  Even with this being done, along with proper installation of ventilation piping, it’s important to have those ventilation ducts cleaned regularly (every 3-4 years) to remove stubborn lint formation to eliminate any potential fire hazard.  Also, if lint is absent, your dryer will be a more efficient machine drying clothes in a more timely fashion and thereby, saving you money.
